Bless your heart, I do see what you are going through emotionally.  However, I would suggest that you do liver cleanses.  Bodily toxins have a lot to do with acne.  Also, I will also refer you to the natural remedies found in the link below:

Accutane!  Yikes!  That is a very dangerous medication.  But I am afraid that Diane 35 is not much better.  Diane 35 is a contraceptive that is also used to treat acne.  And it too comes with dangerous side effects. I seriously would not recommend its use.  Ortho Tricylen is not much better at all.  It is another contraceptive with the same dangerous side effects.  Not only that, but these medications may have serious long term effects on your health.  

With the medications that you have been taking throughout the years, I would definitely recommend liver cleansing.  Not only for the acne issue, but for your general health.  

Shara, I can imagine what you are going through.  I can understand the emotional torment.  Seriously.  But the thing is that you may be trading acne for a life threatening situation down the road or who knows, even sooner.  And there is the added risk of cancer when taking these types of medications.  So please, think about the alternatives.
