I disagree. My Insulin resistance is reversing eating a high grain high carb diet. i am sleeping through the night, and my digestion has improved tremendously. Sure, I had some reactive hypoglycemia starting out, but my body temp is coming up and I am feeling calmer.

The body is able to manufacture all the necessary vitamins it need as long as we have enough minerals in the body. All of that anti grain dogma is stupid. It's the demineralized soils and refined sugars that are the problem. Afraid of antinutrients in grains? Soak them over night.

You can't be afraid of every food. You know, you can fear grains and beans for phytates. But what about fruits and salycates? Crucifers and goitrogens? Carrots and oxylates? Meats and uric acid? Scrambled eggs and oxidized fats?

What should be avoided is the new fangled shit like PUFA's, margerine and refined foods. And GMO.
