Mike's second liver flush results

Last night I did a standard flush outlined by Andreas Moritz . This time I didn't release stones until 10am the following morning. They were larger, and jade green as opposed to my first flush which was brown yellow and tan, with innumerable tiny stones.

Results:

10 macadamia nuts
35 peas
30 sesame seeds

I chugged the potion (6oz olive oil with 6.5 ounce grape fruit juice) instead of slowing sipping and chewing it like last time. The results of this change resulted in nausea, and the oil staying in my stomach until late morning. Here is more or less the main bulk of the release:
