Hello,

Yes, I take magnesium every day. It's magnesium malate (malic acid) and has a little bit of B6 and Folic Acid in it. I take 2 tables three times a day.

It's surely stopped my low-back pain and helps me sleep. It's amazing, but if you take it regularly, you'll notice that you'll stop bruising pretty much. I used to bruise all the time, and now I rarely, if ever, get a bruise. Plus it helps you heal faster if you do get an injury.

And I also take Vit. C and CoQ10. I take 1,000 mg of Vit. C per day, 100 mg. of CoQ twice a day.
