slow down on the fruits and have more vegetable juices. try taking Enzymatic Therapy's Acidophilus Pearls. i hear they work great for this problem. try working out more and take more protein in the form of pea protein powder. i remember this guy i used to work with would fart at work around me all the time. he was quite thin, but his farts stunk like crazy. he started working out in the gym and drinking more protein powders. he never farted around me again. when he started working out, he looked soooooooo much better and i'm sure he felt better too. it's something about activity that curbs farting and belching. also try taking some chlorophyll liquid or tabs like chlorella.

pls. fruits are good foods in and of themselves, but eating only fruits is not sensible. you need a balance of other things like protein, grains etc
