Fasting November 1

Hey Everyone

Today I started my juice/water fast and was wondering if anyone else has begun their fast. Hopefully we can all encourage each other, fasting is difficult!

Im not sure how long I will be fasting, or what days will be juices or just water, Im going to listen to my body and then decide. Ideally, a 30 day fast would be great!

I will be updating this everyday, I want to encourage others to keep with their fasts. I hope this will keep me accountable as well.

Today I exercised, 30 mins of cardio circuit and 15 mins of abs. I know I may not be able to exercise everyday during the fast, but when I have the energy I will!

Drank one cup of juice after my workout.
