Raw Vegan is in the process of curing me as we speak. The thing is, most people cannot go raw vegan and be cured in this day and age because all our produce is anemic. You have to get a brix meter to test it and throw out all low quality produce (75% of organic food from whole foods actually qualifies as junk food by this method).

To supplement, you can take the moreless' drink to fill your mineral reserves. (Which is apparently what adya clarity does).

You also have to emotionally and spiritually heal. To truly eat raw vegan you have to reach a place of intuition where you can hear which foods your body is asking for. This allows you to pick better produce also. It's not something you can look to anyone else to tell you, you have to learn your body for yourself.
