All these restrictions do is cause us to be malnourished anyway.I mean the low sugar thing is fine...bc really we should only be taking in 8 tsp of sugar daily.(saw this on the doctors tv show)We need carbs...carbs give us energy.Fruits have so many nutrients too,that we need.Think about all of the people in the world.My husband for example is a truck driver.He has a TERRBIBLE diet.He eats tons of carb and sugar.Loves processed foods and constantly eats out of vending machines.And guess what!?Hes NOT SICK!Another example,my aunt has rsd,mersa,lupus,history of stroke,rod in her leg,machine in her back,tumor in her eye,she has been septic 3 times.I could go on forever about all her helath probelms(poor thing!)She has been on hundreds of antibiotics.Guess what?! She eats whatever the hell she wants and she have candida.And does not have digestive problems like i have.So WTF really?!
