My Mother was diagnosed with stage iv lung cancer in November of 08. I ran across Mr. Barton's number while researching her condition. He said that Murcury was the cause of her condition as well. From our phone conversations, Mr. Barton seamed like a very nice upstanding guy. He led us to believe that Dendritic Cell Therapy would cure her of cancer. We wired him 8750.00 for this procedure. Once he had our money for the Cell therapy, he insisted that my Mother needed to have surgery done on her teeth before we administered the cell therapy for a cost of 21,870.00 + medication. This all appeared like a bait and switch deal but we were desperate as my Mother's health was failing by the day. Mr. Barton insisted that we immediately wire him the full amount prior to scheduling the dental surgery. I expressed to him that we didn't feel good about wiring that much money because I really wasn't sure my Mother would live long enough to have the surgery. He sent me an email assuring me that he would give us a full refund if she died before having the surgery. Once I recieved the email, we wired Mr. Barton 26,000.00. We worked out a time and hired a private jet to fly my Mother to San Diego. I called Mr. Barton when the jet took off and I called him when they were a couple of hours away. He was an hour late picking them up from the airport. This normally wouldn't be that big of a deal, but my Mother was debilitated. I even told him when I called to make absolutely certain that he was waiting for them at the airport when the plane landed. I figured it was the least he could do since he was so persistent about getting all the money up front. My Mother died 4 days after arriving and never received the treatment we paid for. My Father asked Keith Barton for a refund. Keith said that he didn't have the money and he would have to pay him back a little at a time. To this day, we still haven't received a refund of any amount. I sent him a message via his Facebook page and he deleted me as a contact. Evidently, I'm going to have to post this on as many forums as possible until he resolves this matter. I'm sure he thinks that he can just ignore this away. I will relentlessly expose his SCAM even if I have to contact the California Medical Board.
