What about all those people born with disabilities, who without modern technology, drugs, etc, would also die.
What about the women who would die if she carried a pregnancy to term. Should the woman give birth and accept her death as a natural part of the pregnancy?
Interesting ethical questions there.

I do believe in trying to turn back to nature and for myself, my health returns the more I do this.

Another interesting ethical question is: will abortion be used to selectively kill unborn babies with disabilities?

All of the above are, as you say, ethical dilemmas that I personally have never had to deal with. I use technological stuff (like this computer), drive a car, etc., and in an extreme case, would use medical services (ie broken bone, premature baby, handicap). I live much differently than what my innate desire wishes for (barefoot in the sun on a pristine beach, for example). Small changes can make a big difference though, IMO.

I still don't understand the pro choice position on premature babies. Here we have a fetus/unborn baby, at the exact same stage of gestation. The only difference is that it's living either inside or outside its mother's body. Why does it only acquire the value of a life worth saving at all costs, after it's outside its mother's body? Another interesting ethical question.
