yeah the land is pretty awesome. I've worked so hard to get this farm. Unfortunately, haven't done much with it yet because my health slid the wrong way and I can't manage my new job, remodeling house, food prep, my daughter, and farm work- that's a load of work for someone whose health is compromised.

what you said about fruit in combination with cooked foods /meats is interesting. I will look into that.

one thing you might watch out for is many people hit a plateau about 1 or 2 months in, where they feel amazing and look great, but then either stay the same or slowly decline from there
