You are obviously totaly clueless about the MC it's components and that it is a fast and how a system operates when in fasting mode. Also clueless and not taking into account that when one juices all the components of any vegetable are readily absorbed thus one gets a much greater amount of the nutritional value including calcium of any vegetable. The only thing you mention of any value is the addtition of sea vegeables for their mineral content.
