I would say that it is excellent and is compatible with just about everything - including Parazapper's device which appears to be a good one.  However, it nor anything else is 100% - thus the rest of the recommendations in the protocol and thus my recommendation that ozone therapy is also well worth consideration.  I will also add that there have been reports of laetrile helping a great deal with breast cancer, particularly when combined with other good items and habits.
