I read mobility issues can cause sibo.
This is a bit complex because sometimes other things could cause sibo like symptoms and yet it is not, but if your doc diagnosed it...
Well, I learned that an irritated stomach lining could lead to fat malaborption or lead to get bacterias where they don't have to be.
Sometimes, despites antibiotic there is a relapse because the underlying causes have not been treated sometimes it works ....
In my case I had and infection with bad cooked re meat 5 months ago and then I had bloating and abdominal distension for a while... I ate alots of fiber foods ( figs, prunes etc )but I believe I overdid it with garlic, ginger, then I tried alcohol once before the infection I had back pain and did one week of ibuprofen, aspirin....etc....
I completely screw my stomach lining with the time....
So I believ the first thing to do is to repair the lining stomach so it can produce enought acid to eliminate posible bacterias......
An inflammed stomach can give sibo like symptoms even though there is no sibo......
Avoid any irritating substance......just gentle food....
don't avoid carbs.....
Once I had my stomach burning and acid to the throat, I tried bananas (it has prebiotic compounds) and cottage cheese ( probiotic) ....the next day I felt healed.....
I think yeast containg product sort of irriate my stomach....so u may watch this ...
niacin, glutamin, yogurt, easy food to digest.....
Take some rest too....and allow time for recovery.
The symptoms u described, fatigue, dizziones, sweating, ill state are the symptoms I got 5 months just after the infection........then it sort of coame back a bit....then got fine...
it looked like your body is fighting something....unless you may have some nutrient deficiency...
Its hard to say...I 'm just giving information so you may be able to connect the dots...
Tka care;
