Modifications and additions

Since my first update, I had constipation and the fissure problem started again. The following report describes my steps to eliminate both to complete health.

I had constipation for 36 hours, which for me, is a sign for pain to come. I felt strong bowl movements but nothing came out so after suffering the whole night, I resorted to improvisation:

a. I prepared a bowl with warm water, comfortable for enema.
b. Prepared a 10 cc syringe.
c. Spread a large garbage plastic bag on the floor.
d. Squatted and injected 60 to 100 cc of warm water through the sphincter.
e. Stood up and walked about to let the water soften the stools.
f. After about 3 minutes I squatted again and everything came out with hardly any effort.

Since I'm in the process of battling my cholesterol levels with natural means, I found that the acupuncture point LIVER-8 (on the inside of the leg, just above the knee joint) is a key point for fissure, hard feces and can support the liver as well. Another sign of liver weakness is bright colored feces which I had.

I used two moxa on each LV-8, 48 hours between treatments.

In addition, I modified my topical cream with essential oils so the modified formula is this:

2 table spoons olive oil
1 flat teaspoon Turmeric
5 drops Lavender oil
3 drops Rosemary oil
4 drops Helichrysum oil

I feel that this modification accelerated the healing of my fissure.

I tried to consume warm food, if not hot and since I already consumed fiber, there was not much change needed otherwise.

All this happened a week ago and for the past week I'm without any problem, having a daily bowl movement, sometimes 2. The feces are soft enough to pass without causing any discomfort.

Additional change I noticed is that my tongue had a white thin layer, a sign of cold in TCM, for several years at least, is now gone. The color is healthy pink.
