Since it has been two weeks since you made this post, I'm sure you are over the worse part of your recovery, so I hope all is well. You will have to let us know if the marijuana helped or not. My concerns with it would have been: a) it can sometimes cause 'panic attacks' which would not have been a good thing under your circumstances and b) it tends to raise the heart rate which, in your case, could lead to a higher chance of increased bleeding.
