Thanks for the encouragement Telman! Am I correct in thinking that you are not supposed to eat OR drink (even water) after 2 pm the day of the flush? Should I have kept drinking water? I want to know so that next time I do this right and avoid problems.

Thanks midge, for the advice on a chiropractor. I've never been to one, because they scare me a little. The thought of cracking bones has always creeped me out. But if my neck is still hurting at the end of the weekend, I guess I should go.

Thank you all for your concern and kind words! If not for this forum, I would have thought i was dying! I know, it's somewhat dramatic, but I have actually never fainted before in my life!

By the way, i continue to feel better. I will keep drinking water. I have some vegetables cut up from last night to make a veggie broth to break my fast. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
