". Let me tell you something, i ate beef, pork, fish, liver was my favorite..all types of meat every single day..one point my iron was so low, I had to be rushed to emergency dept. for blood transfusion. I had to be hospitalized for one month because of that. At one point I had to go for weekly b 12 injections that was painfull."
Its also strange that ALL the people that I know that revealed they have anemia iron deficiency and there are many are all meat eaters. As well ALL the people that I know that get B12 shots are all meat eaters too! Kind of strange how everyone claims these are vegetarian problems.
