Very bad headaches - please help!

I have had very bad headaches for the past 2 years since the onset of my adrenal fatigue. It has only been a few months since I found out I had adrenal fatigue.

The headaches are so bad that 1000mg paracetamol and and ibuprofen don't work. The headaches get worse with lack of sleep and they also cause me problems getting to sleep so its a vicious circle :(

The only thing that has worked so far in alleviating 75% of the pain is my other half massaging my head for about 5-10 minutes.

I also suffer from IBS-C but have had that for 11 years and the IBS headaches I had were nothing compared to what I have now.

Please help me find a remedy for my headaches so I don't need the head massages as my other half isn't always at home!
