period issues

i had my period in the beginning or 2nd week of oct 2010. it is now 12/13 and my period hasnt come on at all. i had sex like 2 months ago (i believe) with my boyfriend using protection. no, i am not pregnant! have i been stress? yes, constantly due to finding a job and deadbeat parents, ppl riding my back about having no job when there are no jobs in my state!

i got off the birth control pills when i was 22. when i was on them, my period would come on the 1st week of every month on a wednesday. one time i had two periods in one month that was on a different year. then it went back to being one period a month. for example, i had one period the 1st week of the month and a 2nd period the last week of the month.

since ive been off them, my period comes on any day of the week on its own now. i know when my period is about to come on i can feel pain in my vaginal muscles. i didnt get my pap smear done this year cuz i have no insurance and no job. i had it done last year, but not this year. so, what could be causing my period to go out of wack? this isnt the 1st time where my period stopped for a month. when i was in high school, i took accutane for my acne and my period stopped in dec and came back on in january.
