I thought I would let you know that today I took 1 capsule each of Schisandra and 1 capsule of Ashwagandha. (Remember me from the AF forum? I am stopping the Raw Adrenal) I have warmed up some and feel fairly mellow. I could use a little more motivation and energy though so probably tomorrow I will have to add in something to increase my energy.Forum: The Truth in Medicine
