I suspect no one here will be able to tell you if there are womrs there or not, unless maybe you post some photos.

I would try some colloidal silver nasally, maybe 3X a day.

If you do have worms there it doesn't mean you can't get rid of them.

Keep up with the herbicides & a zapper, maybe a Beck Sota pulser (not too near the eyes for either) and, since you pray, pray for guidance on what to do in general. (Works for moi. ;-) )
