Re: Urinary Problem - January 2010 to Present

I'm disappointed people have abadoned my thread. Over the past 3 days, the frequency of me going to urinate has decreased. It is too early to say yet but I think I am getting better. The only reason this could be is because the 2L of liquids a day I am consuming... could this be curing me? Is it possible that I could have suffered from dehydration for almost 1 year?

I purchased some lemons and limes 2 days ago. I first tried 1 whole lemon diluted into 2L of water with a bit of sugar, it didn't taste too pleasant but I consumed it all. The next day, I tried 2L of water with half a lemon and half a lime (blended) and the taste was horrid! I think I will add much less next time.
