Zapper usage info please

Hi

I have just received my z4ex zapper and have never used any zapper before so would be grateful if someone could clarify / confirm the following points please:

1. Use moist paper towels wrapped around the cylanders. Does it have to be soaked in spring water or is tap water okay? And do you need to add salt the water and if so how much? Or can you use it without anything bewtween your hands and the cylanders?

2. Do you Zapp for 7 mins then rest for 20 mins? ANd how long can you keep doing this cycle without harm (assuming that die off is bearable)?

3. Do you need to swap hands every so often so you are not holding the positive cylander in the same hand continuously?

4. Do I start with the higher frequency of 30hz?


Is there is any other points that people think appropriate?
