Well, we know you have high cortisol, so I don't know if it makes sense to spend money on another cortisol panel. But if you want to make sure it's best to do a saliva panel where they take samples throughout the day and night. Then you can see what your curve is. It should be highest in the morning and then gradually decrease with the lowest at night. You can order your own without a doctor from http://www.mymedlabs.com.
I don't personally suggest that you get a hormone panel done, because I think that that will take care of itself once the rest of you is healed, but if you want to make sure then you can have blood work done for that. I don't suggest that you supplement for hormones though, especially at your age. I think that doing so would be like playing with fire. That is part of how I got so sick.
You can have a comprehensive stool analysis that will test for Candida levels, other fungus issues, parasites, blood in your stool, Gluten sensitivity, etc. That might give you some clues.
You can have a mineral hair analysis done by Analytical Research Labs which will tell you your mineral and heavy metal levels. I highly suggest this test. If you call them they will send you a list of practitioners that use them.
You could test for iron, ferratin, D3, B12.
I suggest that you find a naturopath or a DO in your area that is well versed in adrenal fatigue. If you can't find anyone like that, there are some folks that do phone consults that you might consider working with.
