I was like where do I begin! I know I have a long way to go to right the many imbalances in my body

I'll try finding a good entric coated probiotic
I think I'm going to optimize my diet like you suggested
What do think about exersize? I'm guessing slow deliberate exersize eg hatha yoga
drinking lots of water
I'll research allot of the supplements you take
save and compile everything and keep researching Lol
