I'm not sure. It either helped a little but I couldn't tell because I was coming down off the B12, it did nothing or it made me feel worse. Not sure.

The doctor gave me a half dose of the B12 just to test it out and when I spoke with her the day before my vitamin drip, about 5 days later, she asked me how long the B12 lasted. That was the day that I noticed a marked decrease in energy.

So, I'm not sure if I'm gonna do the meyers again. I think for now I'm just gonna do the B12 for a while and see how far I get.

Yesterday my mom got all giddy talking about B12 and said, "even your laugh was different". I'm like, "you mean the difference between not laughing at all and actually laughing?"

But yeah, the healthy me has a big gregarious laugh. It was back!!!!
