Exercise the day of a flush?

Hey, there! I'm in the middle of my 2nd flush... This one's not nearly as productive as my first... only a few small green stones and not much else... I should be done in the bathroom by mid afternon... But one question --- I am very active physically... I work out with a trainer 3 times a week, and I do cardio another 3 days... Is it ok to work out on flush day? I really crave it; I just don't know how good of an idea it is... All I want to do is jog... It seems to me to be a good idea... Also, I get in the steamroom afterwards for about 20 minutes, and that feels great and really helps to clean me out even further...
