Plasma Copper 8.5 (ref 11.0 - 22.0)
Ceruloplasmin 0.16 (ref 0.20 - 0.45)
In his oinion if I supplement with copper, I'll most likely just increase my free / toxic copper levels because my ceruloplasmin is so low.
My zinc levels are also low.
Plasma Zinc 11.6 (ref 9.0 - 19.0)
Which I'm already on 50mg of zinc picolinate / day for.
I have candida, malabsorption, pyroluria and a lot of emotional problems!
Any help much appreciated!
