well if stress is a factor I'm stuffed... we've been served 2 months notice on our house, have a 2 month year old baby and can tell you am pretty stressed out ATM, although the peeling cycle has improved somewhat at this time.

A bit apprehensive what a stool test exactly involves, have been sent out a "kit" a bit mortified of the process of procurring and delivering said specimen. I'm also hoping to get an idea of my heavy metal toxicity levels through a hair analysis.

If it confirms Candida inside, I guess will need to be on this good forsaken diet long term, not to mention P&B shakes amongst other methods.

Will be interested to hear the progress of your Alkaleine diet. Reading stuff on the web its confusing what is Acid / Alkaleine. The sources disagree on certain foods.
