All these articles about the gallbladder and its working are cobbled together to prove a point. They are not dishonest and are written with a good heart but often lack precision, accuracy and depth. There are three main reasons why the gallbladder dysfunction and a number of other less common reasons. Consequently while one therapy is well to suite to an individual it isn't suited to every one. Although the article advocates the eating of three meals a day there are many areas of the world where there just isn't enough food let alone good animal fat and it is known that vegetarians are lower risk for gallstones. Meat eaters have twice the risk of getting Gallstones in the 40 to 70 age group than vegetarians after taking out genetic factors.
