Hi Uny,
One of the first health books I ever had was a book by Paavo Airola about hypoglycemia. I got that around 1980. I followed his way of eating to a tee for quite a while, and it really made me feel quite good. I don't seem to have that book any more.
Maybe it is a band-aid solution for me to eat wild salmon with my breakfast but TTYTT, it's the only solution I have as of yet. It's hard for me to toss that away after seeing it give me lots better mental clarity and sustained energy. When/if I feel lots better after/during herbal cleansing, perhaps I can look at diet again and possibly modify it. :) If I knew of testimonies from blood type O people that did herbal cleansing and successfully ate 100% vegan for decades, it would help, but I hate to be a Guinea Pig and rely on the testimony of people that are either blood type A, don't know their type, or don't want to talk about blood type, and have to find out the hard way if it fails or if it causes me to live at less than optimum health if I ate vegan.
I'm not sure if Dr Christopher's recommendation to eat a little fish or poultry once a week would be enough protein for me or not, or if it would only be enough protein to prevent hardship. I've seen the benefits of following ER4YT, and even though some people don't subscribe to it, it's hard for me to throw that out the window as if it never happened. :) I already see benefits of cayenne and I think I'll see more benefits of other herbs and organ cleanses but I hope to keep up my wild salmon and other low stress proteins for breakfast along with many carefully selected plant foods.
