It's true that I may be bandaiding my symptoms, but all I know is that I don't want to lose more muscle. I'm afraid I'll never be able to regrow it if I lose more. In 1990 I took high tech iron [iron orotate, etc.] and got too much iron. The bottle said on it "do not take more than one tablet a day" but I took more than that. In the 80s, I had to take iron daily to have energy to perform at work, and if I didn't, I'd feel very tired and anemic.I then avoided meat for a year or two and lived on potatoes, onions, puffed corn, and soy protein powder. I was afraid that if I ate meat, it would hurt my liver again. I lost muscle by this iron. High tech iron was said to deliver iron to the cell, and I still feel like it's in there, I still feel kind of hyper because of it, after all these years. This makes me wonder if I'll ever get well and if I hurt myself badly..

I'll probably do the cleansing as you say I should, with no animal proteins at all. If I feel that much better, and if I feel better than I ever felt, maybe a once a week fish meal might be OK, or better than OK for me.

I'm sorry if I slowed down your progress on my plan. I wasn't thinking you'd pop in here and spend a long time on my replies. With my luck I'll cash in my chips before the plan is ready. I seem destined for bad luck.
