ACV & Hydrogen Peroxide

Hi

I was reading that friendly bacteria produce hydrogen peroxide, acetic acid, lactic acid & butyric acid. I am taking raw milk kefir for lactic acid, raw butter for butyric acid, started to take raw ACV for the acetic acid. I would also like to try taking hydrogen peroxide but am worried that I dont dilute it correctly and cause myself harm. I have read some posts about how to do it but am still not 100% certain.

Is there anyone on here that have used it who can give me exact procedures for doing this and perhaps outline how this helped.

Also would like to here from people who have used organic raw ACV and the results you have had. In the past when I have taken the ACV my candida as flared up and I have stopped after a couple days, but I am going to try and keep going with the ACV this time as I know it will kill parasites.
