New close up of unknown organism, please help....

I was using vitamin c and Sea Salt and passed about 10 of these things. They are fuzzy, with chains of either roots or eggs. You cannot really see in the picture, but the root like things coming off the fuzzy bodies are actually small oblong chains. Some of them have double chains, some single. I do believe they are in my intestine as I have been taking charcoal and bits of charcoal are caught in their fuzzy bodies. I don't think charcoal goes through the liver, but I might be wrong?

If I can find out what they are I can target them more effectively. Is the red thing a fluke part? I included it because of reading here about tomato skin looking things...and presto, saw I had those as well...I never knew to look for them and once I read that I saw them immediately. Ps, I haven't eaten tomatoes since the summer of this year...

Thanks so much, hopefully I can get rid of them. Last night I slept so deeply, I haven't slept like that in so long...but if they keep coming back I know I will go right back to where I was.
