I take it you've been to your GP or had your blood work done and the results are disappointing? I remember you very well over the last 3 months and share your disappointment.

The frustration you have shows in your post and I can only wish you well in your quest to find a cure. There is no quick fix. You've got to follow the protocol in a methodical manner and sometimes over a long period to get results.

Note: The olive oil on its own doesn't reduce cholesterol but the flushing protocol has shown itself very effective for many people. Liver flushing is also part of a wholesome living concept involving improved diet and exercise. It should not be carried out more than once every two to three weeks (except in emergencies) and for some people once a month is adequate.
