I remember something about a fluctuating tsh means hashimotos auto-immune disease.

Don't supplement with dhea,it will make you anxious if you have adrenal fatigue (I tried it). You can give it a shot if you like, 25mg 2x per day.

Out of ten, I have no clue! I have adrenal fatigue and I am not feeling healed or anything so I don't know what to say except for get your anti inflammatory vitamins up (d3, b12, folic acid, e, a, c)
