Asthma: How much mouth breathing are you doing?
Consider taping your mouth for an hour or two to see how much you mouth breath. Hubby may laugh - don't worry.

All advice in these two posts works in my experience.
Consider also: it is difficult to isolate high BP cause/s however eliminate salt, sugar and refined grains. Consider much reduced carbs and protein possibly permanently. For short periods (5-7 days) eat mostly raw fresh vegetables and fruit juices with a little veg fats.

Bad cut: Does it require stitching? Is it infection control required?
