You are not really experiencing liver flushes, you are experiencing normal operating behavior of the body. you are supposed to expel bile after eating fats.

Most people in the US have no clue what it feels like to have a functional liver; they are all clogged up all the time.

The issue is, will the stones stop and will you produce normal fluid bile. If so, then things should chill out and you will feel better.

Or are you constantly making stones due to a metabolic problem. Only time will tell.

Try more salt in your diet to supply alkaline minerals for the bile.

Is the raw diet cleaning out old stones or is it contributing to your metabolic problem.

Ask hveragerti for advice then do the opposite and you will likely wind up a happy man.
