Hmm no one has fainted from fasting ,no one has suffered extreme weakness from fasting? They seem to be very common symptoms to me. Fact see lots of posts on it.

You say its from detox. With zero scientific evidence detox even exists. You believe it exists.

Yet dehydration mentions every symptom and is scientific fact. And its also fact that by time you get thirsty often times you are already dehyrdated to point of symptoms.

I am not saying people are going to die right away from it.As long as they get some water then they won't die just maybe suffer thru symptoms like weakness,dizzyness,fainting for no reason.

You say the wife fainted from detox.I say she fainted from low fluid. Funny how she feels fine since upped her fluid intake.Coincidence I guess. I also was lightheaded the other day when listened to you guys and dropped my fluid way down. Funny it also went away when upped my water and has been fine since.But guess it was detox 22 days after I started my fast and it suddenly went away the same day I upped the water to usual 8 to 10 glasses.

So DR.Shelton who is supposedly not even a real MD has fasted lots of people. So what? Are Doctors infallible? Hardly. My first doctor when 13 told me I had stomach cramps and would be fine. I had acute appendicitis which I diagnosed from 80 year old medical book at our home and I was right the DR. was wrong. Could have died.Came close.

I am just saying that because he has experience don't mean all his ideas and theories are right.

You guys have blind faith and very closed minds. Why is taking a vitamin on water fast so bad. What proof do you have it stupid idea. Why is green tea so bad or diet drink or sugar free gum?. What prove do you have that aspertame is bad for you except internet internet hype?Its still on the market.Everything is bad for you. The air we breath is polluted, radiation was put all over the planet from above ground nuclear testing for years.Fish are polluted, vegetables are polluted.Course sure you eat organic everything 100% of the time. And when start seeing any natural hygene people live past 120 years then might start to think they are onto something.DR. Shelton might know a lot about fasting but he was a pretty serious flake in his personal views.

Dr Shelton is not the only person fasting people. There are many others and many others disagree on some of these points but no point linking them as you feel Shelton is God and you think anything except water even a green tea cap is cheating or something like in test in school.never mind if it actually helps people do things while on a fast so they don't just lay in bed to weak to move.
