I am now on maintenance- Usually 6 large double 00 caps of the blend only 3 days per week before bed(empty stomach). 1 tsp olive leaf each night,1 clove garlic per day and 8 LBB after evening meal(do not eat anything after this).

The olive leaf I just mix with water.

LBB recipe just substitute tsp for part and you will have a small amount for a mix. Take 8 large 00. If you are not having 2 good bm's per day than up 1 cap per day until you do and stay there for 9 months. Some need alot to start with. I really think that the LBB is really what has made the difference for me. My husband is still quite sick and tired. Still having lots of die-off. I have taken much more of the LBB than he did. He is now upping his dosage and staying consistant with it. The intestines can hide and shield alot of bad stuff.

That pregnant tummy will go away with the LBB. My tummy is flat now. Those worms and other stuff take up alot of room. It really is something.

The Huma, Clark and other cleanses all did some good but too expensive to clean out for many months on end. For a heavily infested person like myself it takes a long time.

Your diet will help tons. Glad to find another naturalist. It is shocking for many but now normal to me. My co-workers can't get over how I eat. I just say I like to put high test fuel in my tank cause I get better mileage.

I too am sure I have had has these for over 40 yrs. Not going to to solve this overnight.

Just keep at it and don't give up.
