Where to start. Wife and me. Got lightheaded and dizzy and felt faint not the getting up from chair fast low blood pressure type .But this was like walking around lightheaded type. Had as said cut way down on my water as per Shelton and you guys for day or so.And then it happened as said. So figured it might be water just a hunch as it was only think that was changing and drank quickly several cups taking me back to my usual 8 to 10 a day and guess what no more lightheadedness and dizzyness walking around no longer felt weird. Heck even my short term memory was off those days and guess what ITS ANOTHER SYMPTOM OF DEHYDRATION! As is weakness, dark urine. read about it on net its public knowledge or you think its not true?
Prove it just read it! Why do you think its detox? Because Shelton says so? Because he recommended drinking when thirsty only? When its also common knowledge that thirst does prevent dehyrdration by time you are thirsty its usually too late .When it only takes like 10% under to start getting symptoms.
Think man. We don't take in any salt in a fast so we don't hold much water. Or carbs on water fast either .Carbs also hold water. So when we start fasting we lose water weight sometimes big amounts depening on person, how much salt in their system etc.
So why is is so hard to believe we could get dehydrated?
It makes way more sense than detox to explain that. I am not sure or not if detox actually exists..its like GOD I am more agnostic then atheist but just don't like traditional religious and especially don't like religious people that try to convert people . I accept your right to believe in whatever God you want as long as you don't try to convert me if don't want to be converted. Or kill me because I believe different.

Wife as said also quit beign lightheaded and dizzy and didn't pass out again after she upped water quickly ,fact she felt fine that same day.You recover fast from rehydration.

But as I said if you think everything Shelton says is 100% right then by all means don't drink much on fast and believe all you want that its 'detox". But if they find you dead with your head smashed on cement step guess maybe in the afterlife you might realize maybe just maybe I might have a valid point.

As for some of the other ideas like green tea capsules many disagree with you and Shelton on that and other things like wether multivitamin are good idea. I have gotten some muscle cramps a few times during this fast. It might no salt it might be low potassium which is likely .
So take a few potassium supplements since and guess what no cramps. So maybe you get what you need from you body and maybe you don't. Maybe some people need some extra supplments like potassium. Maybe taking in vitamins does absolutely nothing to any detoxing . Just another maybe of Sheltons theories.

I am just trying to water fast here and you guys are telling me that I have to do it Sheltons way or the HIGHWAY! That don't sound very open minded or tolerant to me. I am not drinking juice,not eating food I am doing water fasting just like many many people do on lots of different boards but happen to take a few multivitamins and some potassium and some green tea every day and doing some exercise since surprise surprise I have energy with the green tea and 8 to 10 glasses a day. And no lightheadedness or dizziness since upped the water and kept it up religiously.

I don't like to see people fasting that might pass out in their car and kill me or others or fall like wife and mabye die or have permanent brain damage.She was very luckly and I love my wife. I had a close friend slip on ice and hit head and die on step. It only takes a second.

So if you want to Shelton fast they fine do it but would not give your advice so freely on it when maybe just maybe you are the ones that are wrong about this and possibly some other things like aspertame or whatever.

Everything is bad for you, everything gives you cancer, solar radiation, atmospheric radiation from those above ground tests,pollution, million chemicals in our air ,etc. we are all going to die around about 100 years or sooner. You can be a vegetarian,natural hygenist, stand on your head but doubt you will get much older and not seeing too many of these various ideas going much past 120 if even that.Father is near 100 never smoked drank not very much but ate lots of corned beef,salami,lots of white flour, White Sugar , no whole wheat no brown rice,just 100% western diet, never fasted . And he can still walk around still has most of his mind so really think a lot of this stuff,lifestyle etc is a bit flaky.
