I agree with the advice that you have gotten so far; keep flushing.

I still had a large stone in my gallbladder when I had an ultrasound after my 8th flush (or was it 7th?). The ultra sound tech was really understanding about "flushing". She had me hold my breath and then she pressed hard against my gallbladder and moved the ultra sound wand back and forth. My next two flushes produced white cholesterol stones, about 10 each flush that were about the size of small dice only irregular sides. The edges were quite ridged, like they had been pressed tightly together for quite some time. I am sure that a large stone can be broken up AND/OR you can flush pretty big stones out whole.

I promised everybody that I would go back for another ultrasound now that I have completed about 30 flushes. Since I have not had any real stones for the last 7 flushes and I have been feeling pretty good, I keep putting off getting a follow-up ultra sound. I will go soon. :-)

You need to boost your bile production to help push out the stone. I like Julia Chang's Gold Coin Grass and Bitters. I always take some right before a flush to stimulate bile flow. Chanca Pietra is a good stone crusher too. There are many good liver tonics out there; I recommend that you take at least one of them on a regular basis. Sandra Cabot, the Liver Doctor has a good product. And, there is another one called "Stone Free" by Planetary Formulas that is good as an ongoing supplement.

Regular MD's are in outer space; don't even try to have discussions with them; it is a waste of your time. They only have the "surgery, surgery, surgery" mantra. Do not go the surgery route. Every time you flush, your gallbladder and liver function gets stronger and more powerful. The body can heal itself; it is a miraculous thing!
