You are an intelligent man, and I very much appreciate your attitude. You are not light when formulating your opinions. You also have a gentle nature and do not pass judgement rapidly, without making a conscious effort to study your points. You do that before expressing them... I really thank you for that.

You dissent without disrespecting. It feels really nice. We are all children of God trying to understand and make sense of the info we gather via living. We can dissent, but still share that common human chord. I can say that no matter the reasons you may have to desire to fast, improving your civility will never be one of them

Regarding your comments, we both know that Water Fasting is as old as human kind. Many spiritual leaders tried Fasting in the past, and also in modern times. Dry Fast has been part of it for some of those leaders, not for all. It has its own merits when done properly.

This forum is, however, for people who want to WF-WATER ONLY. We practice our Fast following the findings and the works of the many known scientists.

Here at Curezone we have a Forum for Intermittent Fasting (this has a lot of merits). I respectfully suggest you post your impressions about it there, since those folks practice it and are better prepared to share their experiences from it.

The following link is not only for you, but also for folks who prefer IF and do not know we have that forum (BTW, a DF forum can also be started by any one who is interested in it).
