Yay for the water kefir! hehe

I'm still much more comfortable with the water ones atm - I drank a whole jar-full earlier! It was nice - I could have probably left it a bit longer as it was still a TINY bit sweet, but mostly sharp and alcoholic tasting lol

The milk... it's still warming up maybe, I dunno. I'm submerging it in fresh milk just enough to cover it every 24 hours like the guy on ebay said, but I think the biggest problem is I have maybe as little as a third of the number of milk kefir grains as water, so the water ones just fill the jar SO fast, while the milk ones kinda don't do so much! lol

I'm sure things will improve though! I'll persevere with the milk ones just a little longer I think! :)
