That's ok, you can still flush, I read in a recent thread that some people have a better flush if they eat a little bit of fat the day of.
I had everything as scheduled, 2 apples, rice cakes, and some raw vegetables (carrots, tomatoes, cauliflower). Needless to say, I am really starving right now.
I am definitely drinking water throughout the day, I did it last time and it was fine. People who didn't reported getting very dehydrated, and it only makes sense to me to drink.
I am also considering flushing every 2 weeks, but may do a month again, not sure yet. We'll see how this one goes. How many times have you flushed so far, and how many of them were successful?
So what else have you eaten today?
