YOUR CONCERN: I can't possibly see how you get any salt or potassium with on water only.

You are feasting off of your own body on a pure water fast so you do not have to worry about getting such things as salt or potassium. That is why a pure water fast is far superior to other fasts if done correctly. Don't get me wrong; other types of fasting can have their place in health. It is hard at first for some to realize that they are getting the nutrients that they need even though they are not putting anything into their mouths.  You are actually eating the things in your body that you want to get rid of. You are eating the unwanted tumors, bacteria, viruses, damaged cells, etc.  This is how water fasting heals.
