I'm taking a dose of Reeces today. I had pinworms for a few months and couldn't get rid of them through all of the herbal routines, etc., they seemed to just get worse. My first problem was constipation. I took multiple dozes of Reeses pinworm med - I weight about 185lbs and I took the entire bottle each time. I got rid of the pinworms through a combination of using natural laxatives, enimas, Reese pinworm med, Albendozole and Ivermectin. I can't tell you what did it, but I was doing all of these things at the same time. I can tell you that within 1 week of starting the alben and iver, the pinworms were gone.
