I saw the first evidence that I can remember of having parasites when I was 5 years old. I saw what were probably pinworms: tiny, white worms. I also noticed "peas" in my bms, which I now realize were hepatic stones. All this at the age of 5.
I probably got liver flukes from eating fish from the Great Lakes, starting around age 12. I experienced a kind of gnawing pain in the liver area then.
The pain I experienced from what I later learned were parasites was not a constant thing. I felt this pain from time to time pretty all my life, until I learned about parasite cleansing. There was no discernible time pattern.
Age is no barrier. Clean, sanitary living conditions help, but again, it`s no barrier. You can get parasites from eating meat, especially partially or uncooked meat. You can get parasites from patting pets who have them. I`ve read that even with strict sanitary conditions, parasite eggs have been found in tap water. You can`t inherit parasites. However, they can be passed from the mother`s body to the baby`s body during pregnancy and childbirth, and you can get parasites from anyone you live with for a long time. The use of the same towels, handling food with hands that haven`t been sufficiently washed before...there are many ways to pass parasites from person to person.
I am not restricting the possibilities to parasites. Sometimes more than one thing contributes. The only reason I`m suggesting them in your case is because it makes sense that if the garlic is bothering them, it makes sense that they would struggle to escape when you take large amounts of garlic.
The pain I associate with parasites is a gnawing, grinding pain, and other signs are having food cravings. I used to get shaky hands when I went too long without food, a condition I no longer get.
The sharp, stabbing pain I mentioned would be from a "gallbladder attack," or stuck hepatic stone, no matter where it is stuck. This is a potential problem, too. It wouldn`t hurt to drink a glass of water with Epsom Salts in it to find out. If it`s a stuck stone, it should pass shortly after the drink, the pain will ease off, and then you know what the problem was. There was a definite time pattern for me, once I started having gallbladder attacks: 5 weeks of peace, followed by 2 weeks during which I could experience 3 or more gallbladder attacks. I refused to believe at first that they were gallbladder attacks, as I associated that with middle-aged people and I was in my early 20s. So learned about this time pattern over 3 years before I finally gave up and had the surgery. By then, I was quite sick.
If your problem is stuck hepatic stones ("gallbladder attacks,") then there will probably be a pattern of when they occur. And, it is possible that it was only a coincidence that you consumed a lot of garlic and then experienced this pain.
You mentioned that you have this pain from time to time. You should write down when they happen, what you ate just before, and what the attacks feel like. If you know all these details already, it would help for you to describe any patterns you`ve noticed.
As for the exact description of the pain you are having, that is puzzling. Here is a third possibility: It sounds like your digestive system is drawing a lot of blood and energy to digest the garlic, with the result that you have heat, inflammation, and pain and weakness. Maybe you should try a different sort of parasite cleanse. I`ve used Clarkia with no problems in the past, and you can get that from RBC from a link at the bottom of every CZ page.
It is likely a combination of factors.
Please keep us informed.
I hope this helps.
