Ozone will kill the anaerobic bacteria (temporarily) but they will come back. It's a temporary fix at best. If you have necrotic bone, it must physically be removed for healing to occur. Really i'd stay away from a dentist that wants to inject you with ozone, because it is simply a waste of time.
